Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Customers satisfaction is our top priority, that's why every refund or exchange request is treated with the most importance. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Pickup requests are subject to availability at the center and order pickup will be scheduled with email confirmations. Please contact email@example.com should you have questions.
