At this time, we will be taking a momentary BREAK from all in-person training and classes until the CDC changes its recommendations that we can rejoin group settings.  

 

Your health and the health of our world Globally is always a priority at The ExerScience Center. Please take ALL RECOMMENDATIONS SERIOUSLY. YOU SHOULD NOT FEEL NORMAL RIGHT NOW.

 

This is a time to come together as an ONLINE community to keep some social and healthy activity in your life-> To help with this we encourage you to Subscribe to our FaceBookInstagram AND ESPECIALLY YOUTUBE  as we will be continuously live streaming Yoga, full-body workouts, health and wellness tips and more for you to deepen your practice in the comfort of your own home. And Please, don't CANCEL YOUR 1:1 TRAINING SESSIONS. We can meet online and its way better than you could ever imagine. We are waiving fees for cancellations on current appointments but have transitioned to online. The cancellation system remains in place for all new online bookings.  As you know, businesses everywhere are being hit badly with this. I'm confident our focus should remain on the Health and Wellness of the community, however, having my business 100% shut down as well as my husband is a hard hit. 

 

Our customers are our first priority - that’s why we want to keep you up to date on changes to the way we work, how we’re prioritizing your needs and much more.

 

Online classes every Tuesday and Thursday evening 8p, Sundays 1030a. 

 

Online donations are currently the only way to keep the business running and are very appreciated.

There is so much time for reflection in these moments, gratitude for our sense of security and how entangled it is with our fear of survival. Gratitude is the key to happiness and I think now more than ever, we can find gratitude for our freedoms and health. The non-tangible things in life you cannot but the time is NOW. Mind over matter. Keep your mind active and the body moving. For yourself and family. All the videos are request driven so please be active and open. Request whatever it is you feel you need guidance on. Oh, and we have a social group ICAN just for sharing, having fun and even venting sometimes.
