Join us for an energetic release you have been waiting for!!!! Surrounded by black lights while incorporating free movement: follow along with our Guided boxing class to pick up the heat, then stimulate that tribal energy through yoga flow and dance, and end the amazing session with a sound healing yoga Nidra session. Oh wait- did I tell you we have body paint!!! Paint yourself or (with consent) the person next to you or across the room! This is a space to connect with community while having fun in your own space- you can be an introvert or extrovert for this event- all souls welcome.
