If you miss a class, just ask a friend what happened and join us back the following week. Of course we would like to give refunds or exchanges, however, your reservation is taking up a spot someone else could have used, so please understand our policies before registration.

Wear sweats, PJs, lingerie, underwear, bathing suit!!! Whatever you want!!! It’s all acceptable here. It’s a space to feel comfortable and move your body in a way that may bring out certain emotions…emotions of freedom, repressed traumas, historical biases just rip away from you as you shake your tail feather. It can be sensual as well as healing.

You have the option to channel your “sexy” but that’s not the whole point here. The point is to be free, accept yourself and learn how to move your body. We focus on the hips mostly and then the whole body. Using breath and music to bring you to a place of nonjudgement free flow.
