Rehab Tech Part Time to Full Time
The Exerscience Center is a cutting-edge facility dedicated to enhancing physical therapy, performance health, and overall wellness through innovative techniques and advanced equipment. Our center offers a range of services, including outpatient therapy, biohacking physical therapy, ice bath therapy, infrared sauna sessions, group fitness classes, and more. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Rehabilitation Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of promoting optimal health and well-being.
Rehabilitation Technician - Part-Time​
Hours: 10-20 hours per week, evenings and weekends available

As a Rehabilitation Technician at The Exerscience Center, your role will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at providing exceptional care and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting licensed therapists and practitioners with patient care during outpatient therapy sessions.

Setting up and preparing equipment and treatment areas for therapy sessions, including biohacking and wellness sessions.

Monitoring and assisting patients during ice bath and infrared sauna sessions, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Supervising group fitness classes, promoting a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Providing instruction and guidance to clients on proper use of exercise equipment and biohacking devices.

Documenting patient progress, session details, and any observed changes or concerns.

Maintaining a clean and organized environment within therapy and wellness areas.

Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Collaborating with the team to develop and implement new wellness programs and offerings.

Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Age 16 and up. All tasks can be learned . Must be willing and open to learn.

ABILITY TO LEAVE YOUR PHONE IN THE CAR WHILE WORKING TO LIMIT DISTRACTIONS

Previous experience as a rehabilitation technician or in a similar healthcare or wellness setting is advantageous.

Basic understanding of exercise principles, biomechanics, and human anatomy.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Enthusiasm for health, fitness, and holistic well-being.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.

A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within our evolving center.
