RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN

Qualifications:

• US work authorization (Preferred)

• Greeting patients and checking them in and out

• Answering phones

• Assure all intake forms are properly signed and processed

• Manage the calendar and scheduling

• Reply to emails

• Administrative tasks such as filing, preparing charts, faxing, copying, and scanning.

• Help maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas after use.

• Clean & Set up room for next patient

• Organize supplies and stock room

• Sales experience is a plus

• Open and/or close the office 

• Communicates with a compassionate, empathetic, and positive demeanor.

• Works well in a team setting, but also be self-motivated and disciplined.

• Excellent communication skills; ability to read and write in English; submit evaluations and feedback as required.

• Ability to explain various treatments/services/membership plans to guests.

• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational.

• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.

• Strong team player.

• A comfort level with product recommendation.

• Mac computer skills a must.

Job Types:

• Full-time, Part-time

 

Pay: 

• $10 - $15 per hour

Education/Experience:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Customer Service (1 year preferred)

• Sale a plus
